Penny S. Pritzker

Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Pritzker is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PSP Capital Partners and its affiliate, Pritzker Realty Group. Ms. Pritzker is an entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist with over twenty-five years of experience as a business executive in the real estate, hospitality, credit reporting and numerous other industries. In addition to her position at PSP, Ms. Pritzker is chairman of TransUnion and chair and co-founder of Artemis Real Estate Partners. She is also the co-founder and former chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt) and The Parking Spot. Ms. Pritzker serves on the board of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and is a past board member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Marmon Group and LaSalle Bank Corporation. She also sits on the board of the Council on Foreign Relations, the President's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, the board of trustees of Stanford University and the Chicago Board of Education, and is a former chairman of the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago and member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers. Ms. Pritzker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.

Mr. Poorman is PSP Capital Partner’s President and General Counsel and is responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's strategic direction. Mr. Poorman is also Executive Chairman of Vi Senior Living (formerly Classic Residence by Hyatt). Mr. Poorman previously served as an officer and director of several business owned by interests of the extended Pritzker family. Mr. Poorman is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Loyola University of New Orleans and serves as a director of The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Inc. Prior to joining Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 1988, Mr. Poorman was a partner in the Dallas-based law firm of Johnson & Swanson. Mr. Poorman is a member of the American, Illinois and Texas Bar Associations. During law school Mr. Poorman was a member of the Order of the Coif, the Oklahoma Law Review and the American Indian Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Oklahoma, graduating law school with highest honors.

Troy Noard is the Managing Director of the Private Investments group of PSP Capital Partners. Previously Mr. Noard spent 13 years and was a partner at Frontenac Company, where he executed acquisitions of, and investments in, private companies in a range of industries. Prior to Frontenac, Mr. Noard worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Noard earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He currently serves on the DePauw University McDermond Center Advisory Board, is a national Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and serves on the board of the Cancer Research Foundation.

Michael Oleshansky

Michael Oleshansky is Vice President in the Private Investments Group of PSP. Previously Mr. Oleshansky was a director at Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), where he spent nearly six years leading various facets of investment execution and portfolio management activities as part of an investment strategy targeting manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Oleshansky spent three years with Equity Group Investments, LLC (EGI), a private investment firm owned and led by Samuel Zell. Prior to EGI, Mr. Oleshansky worked as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he focused on mid- and large-cap industrial companies.

Mr. Oleshansky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He currently serves on the Finance Advisory Board of the Miami University Farmer School of Business.

Angela Damazyn

Angela Damazyn is an Associate in the Private Investments group of PSP. Prior to joining PSP, Ms. Damazyn spent four years as an investment banking analyst and associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was involved in a variety of debt capital raising transactions including leveraged buyouts, corporate to corporate acquisitions and restructurings across multiple industry sectors. Ms. Damazyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in International Studies, from Wake Forest University.
